The College Board
The College is governed by a Board of 8 Directors including the College Principal. The Board meets quarterly and holds an Annual General Meeting in June at which Board appointments are made. The Board can delegate responsibility to Sub-committees. Currently there are two Sub-committees: Finance and Planning and Compliance and Audit.
