Learn how to cook a variety of delicious and healthy Thai foods rarely found in Sydney’s Thai Restaurants. This course will introduce the ingredients and techniques used to cook Thai homemade meals from different parts of Thailand, with an emphasis on using traditional techniques and dishes that are light on the calories. Places are strictly limited, so early enrolment is essential.
You will get hands on experience and tutoring at the techniques used to prepare simple, tasty, healthy traditional Thai dishes. You will also gain a better understanding of how flavours and ingredients are combined to create classic Thai flavours which you can use in a wide variety of dishes.
If you want to learn to understand the way Thai food is prepared and cooked then this course is for you.
Course fee includes cost of all ingredients and you get to eat the results of your work.
