If you want to gain a certificate in Training and Assessment, then this course is for you.
This course enables you to plan and design learning programs, organise and deliver training for individuals in a group. Participants will have significant responsibility for face-to-face delivery of structured training and development in their workplace.
This course contains the following units of competency:

- TAADES402A Design and develop learning programs
- TAADEL401A Plan and organise group-based deliver
- TAADEL402A Facilitate group-based learning

Please Note: In order to successfully complete this qualification you will need to deliver training for a group of learners in your workplace. Objectives
The intended Learning Outcomes for this course are as follows.
By the end of this course, students will be able to:
- Explain and identify the steps to planning group-based learning
- Discuss and practice the learning needs identification process
- Discuss the steps involved in developing a learning/ facilitation relationship
- Identify and describe the benefits of different learning activities in group training
- Write a draft session plan, which includes learning outcomes, an introduction, body and conclusion
- Create a checklist to include all administrative aspects for organising group-based programs
- Select appropriate strategies to manage difficult group and/ or individual situations
- Discuss different review learning options and the difference between qualitative and quantitative data collection tools
- Facilitate a group based learning activity
