Chocolate Workshop


If you want to learn how to make chocolate in Sydney then this course of 1 class is for you.

A hands-on chocolate making workshop designed for the inquisitive and creative chocoholic.

Agenda

During this course the intention is that the following topics will be covered, but not necessarily in the order given. Due to the variable nature of Adult Education classes, parts of the curriculum may be adapted to suit the needs of the class.

Find out how real chocolate is made and experience the pleasure of making your own truffles using couverture chocolate.

Objectives

The intended Learning Outcomes for this course are as follows.

By the end of the course, the student will have:

  • Discovered how chocolate is made
  • Learned the skills to make some of their own handmade chocolates

Other Information

  • Please bring an apron, and wear closed shoes.
  • Course fee includes cost of ingredients. Each student will be able to make 800–900 g of chocolate truffle with ganache centre of one flavour to take home.
