  • Applying Cognitive Behaviour Therapy to improving your life

Objectives

The intended learning outcomes for this course are as follows.

By the end of the course, students will be able to:

  • Identify principles of cognitive behaviour therapy
  • Apply techniques of cognitive behaviour therapy to life problems
