Basic Training
If you want to stay fit in Sydney, then this course is for you.
This course starts with a general fitness assessment and fitness testing. Throughout the ten week course a qualified instructor will take you through a variety of activities including circuit and cardiovascular training, strength and conditioning, boxing, core stability and stretching exercises to improve your overall fitness. At the completion of the program you will receive another general fitness assessment in order for you to monitor the success of this training program.
Classes are held twice a week on Monday and Thursday nights for an hour.
Agenda
During this course the intention is that the following topics will be covered, but not necessarily in the order given. Due to the variable nature of Adult Education classes, parts of the curriculum may be adapted to suit the needs of the class.

Objectives
The intended Learning Outcomes for this course are as follows.
By the end of the course the student will have:
- Learned how to train for their body type
- Learned what their limitations are
- Learned how to de-stress after a busy day
