Other Information

Skating has inherent dangers and with ice skating, students will fall over from time to time. Whilst most falls are harmless and students are taught how to fall to minimise injury, there is always the possibility, as with any sport, that a fall will result in a student injury. Students should wear the protective helmets provided or bring their own cycling helmet. The ice is cold so students may want to bring gloves. Students are encouraged to wear Roller Blading elbow and knee pads although only the helmet is required for Sydney Community College students.
