The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked. Zumba® Fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energising, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life.
Zumba is approved by the AFAA or Aerobic and Fitness Association of America, the Canadian Personal Trainer Association and the American Council on Exercise.
This course is suitable for any level and anyone.
Agenda
Zumba for Life offer a program that builds over the 8 weeks. Participants will start with easier exercises that work all the main muscle groups, increasing in intensity from week to week. By the end of the course participants will have found improved mobility, stamina and toning.

The intended Learning Outcomes for this course are as follows.
- Improved mobility and coordination

- Improved toning
- social circle formation – meeting and making a group of “Zumba friends” has been an unexpected outcome of our other courses
Other Information
Students need to wear clothing that is comfortable, usually tight and stretchy or loose fitting. Most gym or athletic shoes are suitable.
PLS NOTE: All classes need a minimum number of students to go ahead. If your course does not have enough students it will be cancelled and you will be informed.
