Agenda
The program is designed to provide students with a theoretical understanding of the content and to provide opportunities to develop the practical skills required. It is anticipated that not all students will require the whole qualification and we have clustered the units to provide for different aspects of the frontline management role. The course is delivered in five modules comprising:
- Personal Effectiveness (one day)
- Business Planning (one day)
- Workplace Safety (one day)
- Essential Team Skills (three days)
- Facilitating Workplace Improvement and Change (two days)
- Full details can be seen in the individual courses.
Objectives
The practical nature of the program is provided through experiential exercises with guidance from an experienced trainer and assessor. The majority of our face to face programs are experiential.
Individual preparation and self-study will form a major component of the non-contact hours of the training program in conjunction with the completion of the assessment tasks. If you do not have a workplace in which to complete your workplace assessments please contact Ann Brady on 8752 7533 BEFORE you enrol.
