Indian Cooking Workshop
If you want to learn how to cook Indian food in Sydney then this course of 2 classes is for you.
Tantalise your tastebuds and learn to cook authentic Indian dishes in this relaxing Saturday workshop. Cook and enjoy a variety of Indian dishes, such as Tandoori Chicken, Lamb Curry, Butter Chicken and delicious Naan Bread.
Agenda
During this course the intention is that the following topics will be covered, but not necessarily in the order given. Due to the flexible nature of Adult Education classes, parts of the curriculum may be adapted to suit the needs of the class.
- Learning about the ingredients and equipment.
- Appreciating the tradition of tandoori cooking.
- Preparing a variety of Indian dishes.
Objectives
The intended Learning Outcomes for this course are as follows.
By the end of the course the student will have:
- Appreciated the traditions associated with Indian food.
- Appreciated the use of spices.
- Learned to assemble the ingredients and make the dishes.
- Served the dishes in an attractive manner.

- Container
- Pen & paper
- Your own cup for tea or coffee.
