If you want to learn how to cook Indian food in Sydney then this course of 1 class is for you.

Learn how to prepare complex Indian dishes in an easy way. Cook and enjoy Butter Chicken, Biryani (meat pulau), Paranthas, Tikki and Chutney.

Agenda

During this course the intention is that the following topics will be covered, but not necessarily in the order given. Due to the flexible nature of Adult Education classes, parts of the curriculum may be adapted to suit the needs of the class.

Objectives

The intended Learning Outcomes for this course are as follows.

By the end of the course the student will know:

1. How to prepare an Indian meal
2. To appreciate the use of spices
3. To inform students about Indian food

Please bring along a sharp knife, apron and tea towel, as well as pen & paper.
