Exploring Cognitive Behaviour Therapy

Your everyday thoughts, feelings and perceptions impact on your behaviour in a positive or negative way. Learning specific techniques can help you overcome the negative impact of some of your thinking patterns and emotions such as anger and frustration. This interactive workshop using the principles of cognitive behaviour therapy will teach you to identify and challenge negative beliefs, examine and make sense of your feelings and look at alternative behaviours.
