Salsa, Latin Rhythms & Tango

Experience the passion, excitement and romance, as you learn to freestyle the hottest dance. With leading techniques, rhythm, body movements and more, increase your confidence on the dance floor. So spice up your life and put on a smile, as we teach you to dance South American style. Dance styles includes Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia, Bachata, Regaeton, Cha Cha, Rumba, Samba and the intimate and elegant dance the magical Tango.

If you want to learn Salsa Dance in Sydney, then this course is for you.

This course is for anyone of any age and gender. Singles and couples are both welcome.

Agenda

During this course the intention is that the following topics will be covered, but not necessarily in the order given. Due to the variable nature of Adult Education classes, parts of the curriculum may be adapted to suit the needs of the class.

Wear comfortable clothing and shoes and bring some water.

Forest Lodge Public School is located at Bridge Rd and Cnr Ross St. Entrance is from Ross St. Access parking (from Ross St) inside the school

All dance classes are active and therefore you must bring to the attention of the tutor any physical or health-related impairment that may affect your safety.

For all courses involving physical activity you must arrive by the published course commencement time or the tutor may refuse to admit you into the session. The agenda for many courses involving physical activity starts with an OH&S briefing and/or a warm up and to miss either may create a hazard to you, which might exclude you from participation for the session.

PLS NOTE: All classes need a minimum number of students to go ahead. If your course does not have enough students it will be cancelled and you will be informed. Courses are usually cancelled, when necessary, 2 working days prior to the scheduled start date.***Please be aware that you may be informed of a cancellation &/or change via SMS or E-mail.
