If you want to learn to swim in Sydney, then this is the course for you.

These classes are designed for adults with little confidence in the water.

Agenda

During this course the intention is that the following topics will be covered, but not necessarily in the order given. Due to the variable nature of Adult Education classes, parts of the curriculum may be adapted to suit the needs of the class.

• Learn how to swim 25m freestyle and/or 25m breaststroke

Objectives

The intended Learning Outcomes for this course are as follows.

By the end of the course the student will have:

• Learnt how to swim 25m freestyle and/or 25m of breaststroke

Other Information

Please bring towel and goggles.
Cost of locker is $3.50

Cook and Phillip Aquatic and Fitness Centre, 4 College Street Sydney.
