Guided by internationally certified yoga teacher Tida Aroonwaow, you will learn how to do things like coordinate breath and movement, and use this in your daily life: work with postures in a ‘flow’ practice; do ‘Sun Salute’ sequences and variations; prepare your mind to meditate; and learn ways to practise yoga at home.
