Records

Record Keeping

At the completion of the course, College Tutors of accredited courses are required to submit the following documents to the Payroll/Records Officer at the College:

  • Initial assessment/placement interview information (ESL and Literacy)
  • Copies of assessment tasks given
  • Samples of student assessment tasks (where appropriate)
  • Record of student achievement of competencies
  • Record of credential to be issued for each student
  • Completed class roll
  • End of course report
  • An indication of individual student study plans

These documents will be kept secure within the provision of the College privacy policy. Records are kept on and off site in soft and hard format.
