Stewart Whyte is an accomplished author, specialising in writing how-to books on the bed and breakfast (B&B) business, including Starting and Running a B&B in Australia and New Zealand. He’s had several top-selling business titles.
With an easygoing lecturing style, Stewart provides students with a lot of robust information relating to the B&B business. It’s Stewart’s aim that by the end of the course, students will know whether the B&B business is for them or not.
Stewart is recognised as the most prolific writer of B&B how-to books. He has written a second edition of Starting and Running a B&B for the United Kingdom and Ireland market, which was published in 2008. He’s currently writing the first edition of a similar book for the USA market that will be published later in 2010.
